· Experience working with PostgreSQL in both on- premises and in the cloud environments to build a data base access monitoring solution for PostgreSQL data bases
· In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
· Strong understanding of PostgreSQL architecture, query optimization, and database administration and built in functions.
· Database security knowledge.
· Knowledge about cloud technologies.
· Familiarity with security auditing frameworks and best practices.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Basic experience with Linux - installation and operations processes.
o Linux Shell Scripting
o VI skills
· Experience with administrating Java Web-Applications.
· Scripting and use of XMLAPI functions.
· Experience in developing new solutions and doing concept work.
· Experience in developing process flows.
· Knowledge of information system concepts and technologies.
· Ability to interface with the business to meet requirements and targets.
· Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
· Work experience with

· change management and
· problem management
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
· ITIL certification is advantageous.
· Basic experience with SPLUNK is helpful.
· Work experience with database auditing, logging and monitoring.
· Written and oral communication and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of data modelling and data visualisation tools.
· Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Understanding of cloud-based database services, such as Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL or Azure Database for PostgreSQL, and the ability to leverage cloud-specific features for managing database access.
Soft skills
· Ability to work as part of a team, inter-dependant as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project.
· Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required.

24 x 7 service window for both change and incident handling
Tickets can be opened as service request or real incident tickets. The solution time is equal for both ticket types. There are no exceptions concerning public holidays.

Solution time DAM operations concerning incident ticket handling:
· Critical: 1 Std.
· High: 4 Std.
· Medium: 17 Std.
· Low: 35 Std.
