  • Reception duties and attending to switchboard

  • Communicating with clients, to fulfil your duties and responsibilities

  • Data capture

  • Maintaining Statutory client files and CIPC Secretarial records

  • Maintain personal time recording of office functions and report accordingly

  • Payroll Administrator for clients

Completed the full VIP Payroll course and are proficient in payroll;

  • Have good communication skills;
  • A professional approach to business, co-workers and clients;
  • Experience with CIPC, company secretarial work and statutory requirements for clients;
  • Good typing and English literacy skills;
