This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate people-person to join our clients team in the Cape Winelands.

We are looking for an individual with a customer-centric attitude and passion for detail and quality. This role requires a tech-savvy individual, with great communication skills in order for you to keep up with the evolving e-commerce landscape.

You will act as a brand ambassador for our client ensuring an outstanding service and shopping experience is provided for our customers with every contact, in all forms of communication (current contact channels include; telephone, email, social media).

Your responsibilities will include:

Take ownership of our customers and ensure their needs are met

·        Work closely with e-commerce coordinator to process orders through the online shop including contacting customers.

·        Managing day to day client communication.

·        Respond quickly to unplanned client requests and able to resolve issues without conflict.

·        Provide a personal experience and assist every client accordingly

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Excellent telephone etiquette

  • Versatile and with the appetite to learn by doing
  • Take a proactive approach, anticipating and preventing any barriers to a totally seamless customer experience, by going above and beyond
  • Conflict Handling skills
  • Understanding of a multi-media customer service department, i.e. social media
  • Must be able to balance different tasks at one time

  • Successfully completed NQF Level 4/Matric/Grade 12
  • Minimum of 6-12 months customer service experience
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping
  • Computer literate
  • Neat and professional
  • Own transport
