Employer: Cash Processing Solutions Limited
Ensures that functional CPS machine parts are available for customer use by co-ordinating the logistics of machine parts, of repair tools of customer orders and of parts delivery.
- Responsibilities include regional order administration for internal/external customers including all communication whilst interfacing with Field/Site Service sales
- Ensure orders are delivered to all internal/external customers within the agreed lead times whilst being responsible for part/product returns and warranty.

Administration of the regional logistics including spares for large and medium sorters as well as tools and engineering equipment needs.

Administer the regional logistical involving the global refurbishment project’s parts and products.

Assist the Spares Logistics Coordinator to perform regular evaluations of the regional stock, ensuring that the part/product information is correct and maintained in an orderly manner.

Administer regional processes to control inventory shrinkage where shrinkage is kept to an absolute minimum.

Records of each part/product's inventory count must be constantly maintained at the correct level ensuring customer fulfilment rates remain high.

Ensuring inventory is maintained throughout the region in an organized and logical manner which facilitates quick access and more successful shipping operations.
- Assisting in ensuring spares management at each of the client sites is implemented and adhered to by delivering the following through clearly defined process.
- administration of spares ordering from suppliers for local stores
- Ensuring that correct process are followed in maintaining site spares levels and replenishment of these levels
- Assisting in coordinating quarterly stock for each customer site and ensuring all variances are queried and resolved before being processed
- Administer resale spare orders for customers' requirements
- Support service Engineers / Technical Support Engineers, Business & customers
Candidate Requirements
Education
-
Educated to a Diploma in Logistics or equivalent standard

This Diploma is highly preferable but may not be essential if the incumbent has the experience required under the “experience” heading.
Technical/Computer Knowledge
-
PC literate (Fully proficient with Windows, MS office, particularly Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)

Pastel Knowledge of Sage x3 (preferred)
-
Knowledge of Pastel Partner (preferred)
Experience
- 1+ years proven experience in Spares & Logistics or in related field
- 1+year experience working with Spares management team and a demonstrable understanding of key customer issues around spare parts handling would be a distinct advantage
- Experience dealing with third party partners would be advantageous
- Understanding of basic business finance desirable
Working Conditions
