Employer: ANGOR Property Specialists
- Manage and organize scheme documents and records with great attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and concise correspondence.
- Understand and navigate sectional title documentation.
- Follow up with scheme executives on outstanding legal documentation for signatures.
- Liaise with the Community Scheme Ombud Services for the registration of community schemes.
- Manage to CSOS Connect portals for all schemes.
- Follow up on registration numbers and ensure timely completion of the registration process.
- Collaborate with the legal team and members of the property management team.
- Assist with the Post AGM process.
- Maintain a structured and organized approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of sectional title documentation.
- Great attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to follow up on outstanding legal documentation and ensure timely completion.
- Comfortable liaising with external entities, including the Community Scheme Ombud Services.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
- Proficient in using document management systems and office software.

- Previous experience in compliance, document management, or related fields is advantageous.

The applicant will be based in an open-plan office or working remotely as per company specifications and schedules and will be faced with constant interruptions from different role players.
There are several deadlines and expected turn- around times within this position, which may cause the applicant stress. The applicant is further required to work accurately with a minimum tolerance for data entry errors.
The applicant will be required to deal with a wide variety of personalities on various matters.
The applicant will be required to train new appointees on processes and the system and to oversee colleagues in the completion of assigned tasks.
