Join Our Team as a Project Finance & Administration Manager!
Job Summary:
As a Project Finance & Administration Manager at OKHA, you will play a crucial role in managing finance and administration controls while overseeing our dedicated admin team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient financial operations and seamless administrative processes to support our projects and overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Finance Mastery: Execute weekly/monthly finance procedures with precision, including income allocation, reconciliations, and payments. Take charge of stock management, overseeing stock takes and resolving pricing issues. Monitor the debtors book and provide invoicing support.
- Strategic Insights: Offer guidance on costing and pricing strategies, monitor project GP’s, and provide insightful data analysis reports to drive informed decision-making.
- Systems Control: Update and implement systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Maintain strict adherence to protocols and ensure comprehensive documentation. Innovate by exploring new automation processes to reduce workload.
- People Management: Lead by example in monitoring and training staff, maintaining team morale, and addressing performance issues. Uphold company policies and conduct annual reviews. Spearhead recruitment efforts and inspire team motivation and innovation.

- Finance Skills: 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project finance and administration, preferably in a retail setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential. Ability and willingness to learn new software and workflows.
- Financial Acumen: Familiarity with accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, and procurement processes.
- Management Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and a knack for team management.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are a must.
