Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable trainer to develop and deliver training programs on hygiene and cleaning practices in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials and curriculum for hygiene and cleaning practices in the healthcare industry
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to healthcare staff on proper cleaning techniques, infection control, and hygiene practices
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to hygiene and cleaning practices in healthcare settings
- Work with healthcare facilities to assess their current cleaning protocols and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other trainers and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a trainer in the healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on hygiene and cleaning practices
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines related to infection control and hygiene
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Certification in infection control or healthcare cleaning practices is a plus
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably in a cleaning or infection control role
- Previous experience developing and delivering training programs is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's licence
