Large Travel and Tourism Headoffice is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above position as Studio Administrator - work remotely
Key Performance Areas
Receive, vet, schedule and manage all work coming into our diverse team.
· Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and on budget.
· Keep management in the loop as to exactly what the progress of the job is at any given time
· Finding solutions to all scheduling and resource problems together with management
· Follow through on every step of a project and ensure it stays on track
· General administration
· 2IC to the Studio Manager
· Checking artwork against briefs
· Working with the team with to ensure deadlines are mean
· Working on Asana (task management system)
· Running of daily SCRUM
· Compiling Briefs
· Liaising with clients eg. General Managers at resorts.
· Compiling mailer stats reports
Required Skills
- Highly Proficient In Ms Office
- Working In A Marking/Advertising/Agency Environment
- Asana Experience Advantageous
- Advance Knowledge Of Excel
- Knowledge Of Graphic Design An Advantage

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record of traffic/project management experience
- Experience working in a marketing/advertising/agency environment
- Basic knowledge of graphic design to check artwork
- Highly proficient in MS Office. Asana experience advantageous.
